At the start of every character in Ninjas Live, you need to choose a character class for your ninja. You can either be a Mystic, Assassin, Mercenary or Thief. Each type of character has an advantage over the others, but what are the advantages and which character is the best?
The Mystic
Mystics gain a significant bonus on all spells. This is a valuable bonus because spells, compared to weapons and techniques generally delivers the best attack / defense for its money.
The exact value of the spell bonus is unknown, but I’ve heard that it is anywhere between 10% to almost doubling your spell power. It is fair to say that Mystics are one of the stronger characters in the game considering the powerful spells that are available to you later on in the game.
The Assassin
Assassins benefit from a bonus on all attacks. So although they do not get an attack and defense bonus on spells like Mystics do, they gain a combined bonus of attacking power on weapons, techniques and spells. Again, this value of the bonus is unknown, but Assassins are one of the most popular character classes in Ninjas Live, especially with people who have an aggressive style of play.
The Mercenary
Mercenaries get 10% more money when they do missions. Although, mercenaries aren’t the most popular characters in the game, depending on your strategy, it may be the right character choice for you. People who use mercenaries typically do A LOT of missions and rely on them to gain experience points and reach new levels quickly. All of the extra money they get from missions, they will put in the bank and save for their higher level strategies.
The Thief
Thieves enjoy a 10% more money when attacking other ninjas. Again, not the most popular character in Ninjas Live because they lack the combative bonuses of Mystics and Assassins. As a result, they tend to be weaker than the other ninjas. And if the thief is too weak to win battles, then the bonus is rendered useless.
Which Character is the Best?
In most cases, the two best characters are Mystics and Assassins. Which character you should choose depends on your strategy and style of play. Generally speaking, if you are an attacker you should go with Assassins, because you are taking full advantage of the attacking bonus. And if you are more of a defensive player, you should probably go with Mystics, because of the powerful defensive spells available to you.
Don’t worry if you are one of the other characters. Use the advantage of your character early on in the game to collect your money bonuses and then just switch your class using your Ancestors when the timing is right.

Will my honor points be gone after i reset my character?
@Victor, no you won’t lose your honor points by resetting your character. They are linked with your Storm8 account.
If you spent $40 on 800 honor points and used all but about 150 of them and later find out that you really need to reset your account to stop farmers… do you get all 800 points back or would just the 150 carry over? I could see that they wouldn’t all carry over if the character stayed alive but you rest it so it doesn’t exist anymore so I would think you get all 800 points that you paid for back. I wanted to make sure this is the case if I do reset my account… I would hate to have wasted $40 and be starting back at zero… Any help on the matter is greatly appreicated.
